Nexwell, launched in 2019, is the third investment company started by the Sonnedix co-founders, including one of the largest independent solar PV developers in Spain. Nexwell’s founding partners have amassed over 200 solar projects over the course of the last 15 years, all of which continue to displace CO2 by generating clean electrons to meet the ever-increasing consumer demand.

Pablo Pulido
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
Pablo Pulido

As a co-founder and MD of Nexwell, Pablo is responsible for strategy and raising capital. He is also responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and partnering to scale the company, and serves as Chairman at Nexwell Power. Pablo has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University.

Andreas Mustad

Andreas Mustad

As co-founder and MD of Nexwell, Andreas is responsible for the day to day growth and execution at Nexwell and is the CEO of Nexwell Power. Andreas has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University.

Brett W. King
Co-Founder & Chief Legal Officer
Brett W. King

As co-founder and Chief Legal Officer of Nexwell, Brett is responsible for all legal issues relating to financing, acquisitions and divestitures and operations. Brett has an MBA from Kellogg, a law degree from Northwestern University and a PhD from the University of Chicago.

Charlie Williams
Executive Chair & Chair of Audit/Risk and HR/Compensation Committees
Charlie Williams

Charlie is responsible for leading and guiding the governance and fostering a 10x growth mindset at Nexwell. Prior to Nexwell, he led the global project finance team at Sonnedix that raised over $2.5 billion in non-recourse solar PV project debt on 5 continents. Past experience includes CFO roles for high growth international power producer and renewable energy technology companies based in Hong Kong, London and the USA. He holds an MSc (Energy Policy) from Imperial College London and an MBA from Western Michigan University.

Dmitri Tsvetkov
CFO & Chair of Performance Committee
Dmitri Tsvetkov

As Chief Finance Officer of Nexwell, Dmitri is responsible for the strategic and tactical operation of Nexwell Group’s global finance departments.  A tenured CFO of operational and AIM London Stock Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange listed energy transition, power generation and energy sector companies, Dmitri leads capital intensive projects in highly volatile environments. A Chartered and Certified Accountant, Dmitri holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Sandra Fontaine Moya

Sandra Fontaine Moya

Sandra joined Nexwell as Head of Investments. Earlier in her career, Sandra spent over 10 years in the Financial Services industry, notably at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley. Sandra holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a CFA Charterholder.

Michelle Murtagh

Michelle Murtagh

Specialising in developing organisational and systemic capability in scaling investment and renewable companies, Michelle provides portfolio wide people strategy and operational support to Nexwell and its Company CEO’s. An Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsP), Michelle holds an MSc from Queen’s University Belfast and a PhD in Occupational and Business Psychology from Kingston University, London

Steven Greenberg
Strategic Advisor for Capital Formation 
Steven Greenberg

Steve began his career as a power developer from 1989-1995, then spent 20+ years as an institutional investor, generating IRRs of 60+% and closing over $5 billion of transactions. He has a law degree from Stanford, an MBA from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Science with distinction from Cornell University’s College of Engineering.

Anabelle Dahdah

Anabelle serves as Associate General Counsel at Nexwell. Earlier in her career, Anabelle worked at a leading international law firm where her practice focused on mergers and acquisitions. Anabelle has a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The George Washington University.

Jake Lupoli

As Group Accountant, Jake is responsible for financial reporting, loan and project finance compliance, and IFRS technical accounting at Nexwell. He is a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW, previously served as an audit Senior Associate at PwC LLP and holds both a BSc and Master in Physics from the University of Leeds.

Philip Goodhall
Head of FP&A
Philip Goodhall

As Head of FP&A, Philip is responsiblefor cashflows, financial planning, forecasting, and the provision of financial support to Nexwell and its investors. He is a Certified Accountant with over 15 years’ experience across multiple industries having previously worked at Lloyd’s Register and Travelex. Philip holds a BA in Accounting with Economics from The University of Essex.

Thomas Koenig
Head of Engineering & New Technologies 
Adam Loucks 

In parallel to identifying and embedding impactful, cutting-edge technical decarbonization solutions, Adam delivers optimized asset operational performance for Nexwell and its portfolio companies. With over 15 years of global utility scale PV + Storage experience, Adam previously spent 9 years at Sonnedix, most recently as the VP of Engineering & Construction – Northern Europe.  Prior to Sonnedix, Adam developed his career in various technical, originating, engineering, and constructing projects throughout the Caribbean, USA, and LATAM. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Alfred State College.

Thomas is a senior financial analyst at Nexwell. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts in Mathematics from Columbia University, a Bachelor of Arts from Sciences Po Paris and is a CFA Charterholder.





Heidi Stenmark
Group Financial Controller
Miguel Fernández

As Group Financial Controller, Miguel is responsible for overseeing financial reporting and compliance. He previously spent 15 years as a controller at Thomson Reuters and Travelex. A Fellow Chartered and Certified Accountant, Miguel holds a MSc in Professional Accountancy from the University of London and is a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional.

Heidi Stenmark

Heidi is a financial analyst at Nexwell. She previously served as an analyst at Celebrity Cruises and Pareto Securities. Heidi has a Master’s in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the Norwegian School of Economics.
